What do you remember?

Here are the directions:

1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember!

2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you. If you don't want to play on your blog, or if you don't have a blog, I'll leave my memory of you in my comments.

Eating a can of peas on my couch, both pregnant. (me and you, not the peas and the couch!)

From Joe: First memory that came to mind, you already mention. Second memory...I think it would have to be trying to make the svu movie with you. Either locking you in a closet for an hour trying to do that one scene in your room right or repelling slowly down the side of the gym...did I mention it was slow? Or hanging you from a rope in that dirty room with a computer. Or scaring the crap out of you on that date!!

From Janell: Memories to last a life time and enough to fill many books. It's been fun talking to Joe about some of them and laughing. There's just too many!!! Our dates with the boys, thinking Joe died on one, late night talks, helping each other get ready for dates. You always made me feel so special. I think we have seriously had some of the best conversations where we just totally understood one another and there was that day walking back from class where someone just asked if we were best friends and it was like yeah!

I feel like I just left the most generic comment, but it's hard to find the best or most memorable memory of you because when I look at my time at svc, every memory has you in it. We met on the first day and you were there the day I drove home for the last time. You are a friend that will never be replaced and I'll always remember. One of the best I ever and will ever have. Oh, it is making me miss you so much. Guess I really better call soon.

I think what I remember best is how happy you always were! and the video. I remember when you were repelling down the gym! We made you do some pretty funny stuff for that!

I do remember how very slow the repelling was! I was going to comment how it was something like an inch an hour! Or worse!! haha

Hours of chatting on AOL, driving all over MD, VA, PA & NJ when we were much too young, chocolate pastries, listening to you play the piano, dances, an endless number of sleepovers, staying in a hotel for the first time in my life with your family when we went to VA and more recently, hours of chatting, catching up and laughing about how life used to be and how it is now. I love the friendships that we know will last. Thanks for letting me take a walk down memory lane :)I think I'll post this on mine too.

Hmmm...I have this funny memory of us walking to that italian restaurant in Buena Vista. We took the front hill there, down those old crumbly cement steps and were singing songs and being silly. I think it was near the end of the semester when we were getting ready to go home for the summer. Lots of fun memories!

It is hard to give only one memory, so:

1. We had parties with you 3 out of 4 weeks for over a year (many lasted over 6 hours).

2. We fit more than 50 people into the kitchen, dining, & living room area of a Wyview apartment (300+/- SF).
