TOO CUTE!! I made some tutu's like this for one neice, and then all of them ended up calling me to make one for them! The way I did it... wasn't easy, or fast!
already ahead of you! I actually decided to make the tutus because I want to make longer ones in purple green and orange so they can be witches for Halloween. And I might use the one I made for gwen for her birthday party this year!
